Otterly Clean Pressure Washing sends text messages to customers about the work they've asked us to do. This page explains exactly how you opt in, what you'll receive, and how to stop the messages at any time.
How you opt in
The quote form at otterlycleanwash.com includes an SMS agreement next to the field where you enter your mobile number. It is unchecked by default and you have to check it yourself. This is exactly what it says:

The box starts unchecked. It is optional and it is never a condition of getting a quote or having work done — leave it unchecked and we'll call or email you instead. If it isn't checked, you receive no text messages from us. When it is checked we record the date, time, and the wording you agreed to.
What you'll receive
- A reply to your quote request, and any back-and-forth needed to price the job
- Scheduling confirmations and a reminder before your appointment
- A heads-up when we're on our way the day of the job
- One follow-up after the job asking how it went, which may include a link to leave a review
- At most one reminder a year when it's about time for the same service again
Message frequency varies with your job, typically two to five messages per job, plus no more than one seasonal reminder per year. Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message and you'll be unsubscribed immediately. Reply HELP for help, or reach us at (385) 293-1637 or [email protected]. Opt-outs are honored automatically and permanently unless you resubscribe by replying START. Opting out of texts does not affect your service in any way.
Privacy
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number and your consent record are used only to send the messages described on this page. We don't sell customer information.
